By accessing or using the 'Anchor Track' mobile application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Subscription Services
Anchor Track provides an array of subscription options, including monthly, and yearly plans, which are processed through Apple's StoreKit service.
1 month ($2.99) and 1 year ($9.99) durations.
Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The App and its materials, such as visual interfaces, graphics, design, data, computer code, and services are owned by Anchor Track or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Safety should always take precedence. The app is meant to complement, not supplant, your personal judgement and expertise. Employ Anchor Track judiciously and at your own discretion to promote a more secure boating environment for everyone on board.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Anchor Track serves as a supplementary aid for secure anchoring, designed to enhance, not replace, your existing navigation and safety measures. The app is intended for informational purposes only and is to be used as a companion tool alongside professional systems. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the app and any anchoring decisions made. Under no circumstances shall the developer be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to the accuracy or reliability of the data provided by the app. By using Anchor Track, you acknowledge and agree to anchor at your own risk, and you agree to not hold the developer liable for any outcomes that may occur as a result of using the app.

Anchor Track enhances its interface with high-quality visual elements thanks to the icons generously provided by Icons8 (https://icons8.com). We have also enriched the user experience with sound effects sourced from Mixkit (https://mixkit.co), where we have selected alarm sounds to alert users effectively within the app.

Anchor Track utilizes location tracking to determine if your vessel has moved beyond the set alarm radius. For utmost dependability, the app persistently verifies the device's location while the alarm is active. Location data is processed solely on device and with the purpose of triggering the alarm.
3. Push Notifications
Anchor Track may send push notifications to keep you informed in accordance with the objectives stated in our privacy policy.
You have the option to opt out of receiving push notifications by adjusting your device settings. This can typically be done in the notification settings for mobile devices, where you can modify settings for
Anchor Track specifically, or for all applications on your device.
Please note that disabling push notifications might diminish the functionality of Anchor Track and affect your user experience.
